There Was Definitely a Tornado in New Jersey Last Night

A small twister touched down in Plumsted Township in southern New Jersey last night. So far the National Weather Service has not confirmed whether there was one in New York (though some of these dudes swear there was). The Plumsted tornado lasted about five minutes, traveled two miles, and had wind speeds of up to 90 mph. No townspeople in the rural community were found injured, but numerous trees were knocked down, and local busybody Almira Gulch has yet to be located. [NJ.com]
